Oreo Ice-cream Cake

I just finished to bake some Oreo Ice-Cream cake for my Bestfriend... I did everything so fast because the cake should be in the freezer for 4-6 hours, and I hope that in my making I did not forget any of the ingredients. Duh. Now I have just to wait for the time to eat my creation. :)


Yesterday I had a very nice day. Went to my Bestfriend's place, eat my favourite fried chicken and watched "Quarentena." He took me home as he got my piano's stand. I like to be with him, he will just listen and simply agree with his head. He will make you laugh telling you about his childhood stories and cry with his touching words. Without him knowing, he is a very strong person, an awsome Bestfriend.


Talking about Bestfriend, I talked on the phone with my Girl Friend :) It's always nice to hear her!! :) First thing she said me.. "Nic, bakit ang payat ng boses mo?" I stopped to think "Pumapayat ba ang boses?" - "Ano kaya mesurement nya?!" - and she continued "Baka naman pumapayat ka, ako dito nataba. ANG DAMING PAGKAIN NIIIIC."
It's crazy that we always think and talk about foods and sweets. lol. I enjoyed the one hour talk. As I putted the phone at its place, I realized that I missed her so much in just a week.
